Studio Policies

Payment

Robert James Color proudly accepts multiple forms of payment for your convenience: Including cash, personal checks, and credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).

Cancellation

When we book you a spot, this time is reserved for you. Failure to cancel in advance means we lose valuable time that someone else could have enjoyed. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations
received later than this are considered “last minute”, and you will be obliged to pay 50% of the original service price. The same applies to latecomers. If you arrive too late for your appointment and need to reschedule it, you will be charged 25% of the original service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Appointments

Please be sure to secure your appointment via credit card payment (at the time of your reservation). You will receive an email confirmation 48 hours prior to your appointment. Should you be any chance not receive an email, be sure to check your junk mail. If all else fails, please call the studio to confirm your appointment.

Gratuities

Did your stylist provide great service? It is customary to provide tips for service excellence; however, this is solely at your discretion. We will humbly accept any tips you would like to offer. Both credit/debit cards and cash tips are welcome.

Blow Dry Policy

All of our color services include a complimentary blow-dry to accentuate your natural texture. Should you want a full professional blow-dry, this can be included in your color service for an additional $30. Those seeking flat-ironing or curling-ironing can add these onto their service for an additional $25. Be sure to let us know in advance if you wish to include any of these services.

Privacy Policy

Robert James Color remains committed to your right to privacy. We care about protecting your private, sensitive information; which is why we will never provide any of your personal details to any third-party organizations for any reason whatsoever.

Single Process Policy

Note: Our single-process services do not include an additional glaze. If you wish to obtain one, please be sure to let us know in advance so that we can apply the additional $25 fee accordingly.

Gift Card Policy

Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. These are non-transferable and may not be returned, redeemed for cash, or used to purchase secondary gift cards. Note: Service prices are subject to change. Service and/or retail packages cannot be substituted.
